I have limited my interest to those which serve my effectiveness.
I have introduced the no-more-drama rule in order not to let myself immerse in problems that have no solutions. I limited my contacts.

I have cut my time into edible pieces.
A workday means get up at a certain time, perform a defined number of preparatory activities, and then go.
After work, I barely have energy to check the internet. The energy does not last so long so that I could read my e-mails.
Weekend means cleaning the flat, caring about the spine - so going to the swimming pool and trying not to gain too much weight. Because I need no backaches while sitting long hours...

Check first if you took responsibility for yourself before criticizing me for a dull life and being heartless... so yes, heartless and limited I am, for the ideals have not lasted long.

I even admire sometimes those pure souls that have not done anything worse than telling a to-be boyfriend to sod off. I would not go into their territory and stain this pureness...
